Shipping policy

The Spa and Sauna Company Online Store is primarily designed for customers in and around our physical store locations in Nevada and California. We will also accept orders in the United States, outside of Nevada and California, although additional shipping fees may apply.* We DO NOT fulfill international orders or ship internationally.

We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $75.

Orders are shipped using UPS and USPS. Shipping time will vary based on the provider. The Spa and Sauna Co. is not responsible for shipping delays from any shipping provider or mail carriers, once the package has left our building. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Orders CAN NOT be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

Should there be an issue fulfilling any of the items on your order due to supply from our manufacturers, we will ship items that are available first, and any back-ordered items will be sent in a different shipment. We anticipate this will not occur.

Calculated Shipping Rates will be Shown on your Order, and will vary depending on your location. 

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled (and you have received a notification email stating that your order has been fulfilled), NOT once the order has been placed.

Big Green Egg Packages are not shippable.

*In some cases, it may be in your best interest to shop with a dealer closer to your physical location, to avoid excess shipping fees on larger items. We will happily send smaller hot tub water care items anywhere in the United States.
